Personal Retreat Intensives are only available at Leah's Fredericksburg, Virginia office. They allow the participant to have focused time in a short duration, like a weekend or week.
This is ideal for someone who needs effective help immediately or is coming from out-of-town. Below are two optional models:

Build You Own Package
Intensive Appointments are available as individual three or four hour sessions and scheduled at your convenience after a 90-minute pre-intensive interview ($285).* Three-hour sessions are $575 and four-hours sessions are $750.

Lodging — For out out town clients, Fredericksburg, Virginia, is a beautiful area of the state 50 miles south of Washington, DC and 50 miles north of Richmond, Virginia. There are several options for lodging to meet any preference.

Fees and FAQs
Fees:
Our payment system is designed to be flexible and convenient for you. For intensive packages and appointments, we require a 20% deposit. The remaining balance can be split into two payments, with half due four weeks before the first appointment and the other half two weeks before. Please note, due to the dedicated time reserved for your intensive work, all payments are non-refundable. However, if we cancel for any reason, we will fully refund your prepayment.
Our personal Retreat Packages offer a unique opportunity for deep, focused work. These packages are available in either 15 or 12-contact-hour options, priced at $2,815 for three 4-hour intensive sessions or $2,290 for three 3-hour intensive sessions.

Build Your Own Packages are available for $575 per 3-hour session and $750 per 4-hour session. A 90-minute pre-intensive appointment is needed to determine targeted goals. This appointment is $285 and includes all assessments.

Can I use my insurance to pay for part of my therapy?
Yes, you can use your insurance to cover some of your therapy costs. I am considered an out-of-network provider for insurance purposes. You must pay the full fee upfront, and I will provide a Superbill for you to submit for reimbursement. It is best to understand the details of your policy in advance, including what benefits are available for out-of-network providers, to ensure that there are no surprises on reimbursed amounts.

Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes. I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients who wish to work with me on targeted treatment goals but cannot afford my full fees.
